This site is a home for my work, ideas, and has a special bleeding edge preprint repository of my most cutting edge, off-reservation, experiments (Unreviewed Collection), ranging from causal models and psychiatric genetics to protein folding and machine learning. I care deeply about making complex science accessible, whether through interactive visualizations, open-source tools, or the occasional grumpy blog post and a textbook I am developing on deeplearning for genomics.
